B. Answer in your own voice! Or, press the appropriate number on your telephone keypad. If using voice, simply wait for the beep before speaking each word.

C. After you have made your selection, enter your account number and PIN. You may use either Voice or Touch-Tone. Your account balance will be played automatically. It's that simple!
